Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
Frozen strawberries (3 or 4)
1 Fresh banana
Yakult Yogurt drink (1 bottle)

Directions:
Put the fresh banana in a blender, add bottles of Yakult. Add the Frozen strawberries and blend until Smoothie consistency.

Enjoy!

Note: This makes one serving. If you want more then just double up!

You can change the proportions depending on how tangy, sweet, or banana ee you want your smoothie to be.

Trying different fruit is great too! Also adding additional fresh fruit is super awesome...but you do need to use the frozen fruit so it can make the smoothie consistency.
