Ingredients:
Avocado (1/2 avocado)
Whole wheat bread (1 slice)
Tomato (1 small)
Directions:
Toast the whole wheat bread and cut the tomato into slices while you are waiting.
Using a fork mash half an avocado onto the toast and place tomato slices on top.
Enjoy!
Feel free to spruce it up with almonds, onions, cilantro, or lemon juice. But remember only add things that will add nutritional value to the meal.
Note: Also great as an easy snack!
