Directions:
Cut and prepare all the vegetables according to your size preference (the thinner the cut the easier to enjoy!), mix, drizzle your favorite dressing and EAT!

You can add more vegetables/nuts/dried fruits or even add a protein like chicken.
The point of making a yummy salad is to make it fit to your tastes without sacrificing its nutritional value. If you take out a vegetable because you don`t like the one listed then you need to replace it with a different vegetable (preferably something of the same color).
The great thing about this salad is that it has so much flavor you don`t need to add cheese or bacon bits or anything that does not really add nutritional value to the meal.
Note: Do not use iceberg lettuce unless its accompanied by a darker leafy green! Iceberg lettuce really just can`t compete with any other leafy green on the nutritional scale and its better to just not waste your money on an empty vegetable.
