Eating with love

This blog should be helpful to those of you who are reading as well as me who is writing. Helpful to anyone who wants to use food as nutrients for the body and soul without sacrificing the taste.

I believe most people eat in two ways. Either they eat what is convenient and at hand or they eat to their favorite cravings. Neither way is good for the body or actually providing the amount of nourishment our bodies crave. How great would it be to make food that not only tastes fantastic but you have no regret afterwards about what you eat. If you are looking for a diet or ways to just loose weight then you won`t find the strict fix here. But if you are interested in living a healthy and active lifestyle for the rest of your life then please peruse through and drop juicy recipes as well!

I want to create this site for those people who are trying to make a lifestyle change in their eating habits and perspective on nutrition. A way to live to keep enjoying food and all the glorious flavors it has to offer but provide the body with the necessary nutrition required to feel and stay healthy.

I will be posting recipes on dishes I personally feel meet both points as well as nutritional pearls that I often repeat to myself out-loud.
