Kimchi Yaki Meshi (Kimchi Fried Rice)

Ingredients:
Kimchi (250 grams-1 container)
Carrot (1 med)
Onion (1 med)
Rice (2 cups-Brown)
Green Pepper (1 large)
Curry flavored bean mix (optional)
Meat of your choice (hot dog sausages cut into pieces is common)
Garlic powder


Directions:
Dice all your veggies into small pieces.
Cook the meat and kimchi first until almost done.
Add veggies and continue to cook until soft. (add beans and rice)
Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on high until all veggies are soft and rice looks fried.


Enjoy!


Note: You can add any veggies you think you might like in your fried rice. I also suggest making it with chicken instead of hot dog pieces.
