Tofu Lettuce Wraps (Vegetarian Style)




Ingredients:
Green bell peppers (1-2 large)
Onion (1/2 med)
Carrot (1 med)
Zuccini (2 med)
Broccoli (1 head)
Tofu (1 packg of firm)
Hoisen Sauce (1-2 tablespn)
Soy Sauce (2-3 drizzles)
Leafy green leaves (lettuce wraps-Large)

Directions:
Cut all the veggies and tofu into cubed size pieces.
Steam the broccoli pieces (makes everything quicker if the broccoli is pre-cooked before you put it in the pan with the other veggies).

Cook all the veggies (except broccoli) with very little oil.
Add in the soy sauce and hoisen sauce.
Add the broccoli and tofu.
Cook for about 5-10 min or until all veggies are done.

Eat with lettuce wraps and Enjoy!

*Note: Lettuce wraps are the same as tacos but instead of using a tortilla to hold your filling, you use a lettuce wrap! The lettuce leaf becomes your tortilla!
