Vanishing Veggies

Ingredients:
Broccoli (1 head)
Onion (1 med)
Bell Pepper (1-2)
Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil (Extra virgin)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees (F).

Cut the broccoli into spears and put them on a cookie sheet. Cut the onion and bell peppers into long slices and put them on the cookie sheet too.

Drizzle the olive oil, salt & pepper, and garlic powder over the veggies. Mix with fingers until evenly coated. Cook in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.

Enjoy!

Note: You can add additional veggies or replace veggies as you prefer. Mixing up the seasonings is also optional and should be made to your preferences.
