Cream of Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients:
Chicken (2 breasts)
Broccoli (1 head)
Onion (1 med)
Green pepper (1 med)
Zuccini (1)
Mushrooms (1 package)
Fresh cream/milk (1 small carton)
Garlic Powder
White sauce (2 packets/1 cup)
Salt & pepper


Directions:
Cut the zuccini into half circles, slice the mushrooms, dice the onions and green pepper. Also cut the broccoli into spears and cut the chicken into cubed pieces.

Steam the broccoli until soft.

Cook the chicken and veggies (no broccoli) with a little bit of oil in a pan. Once onions carmelize and the chicken is half way cooked, add in the white sauce, and fresh cream / milk.

Add in the broccoli and mushrooms. Season with the garlic powder, salt, & pepper to taste.


Simmer until veggies and chicken are done (around 15-20 minutes).

Enjoy!

Note: You can make this as healthy or as fatty as you want but I recommend putting as many veggies as possible to make up for the extra fat that is in this dish!
